JooHee was born in a foreign metropolis but spent most of her childhood in a pleasantly rainy region of the west coast. She studied illustration at RISD graduating with honors, and is currently based on the east coast. Most of her pieces are created using various traditional printmaking techniques on paper. When she is not printmaking she enjoys cooking obscure root vegetables.
